The Verdict

In only 2 ½ hours, the jury was able to deliberate over eight days of testimony.  They were able to remember everything without asking one single question from the transcripts, even though there was a 12-day break early in the trial.  What amazing memories those 12 people must have.  After those 2 ½ hours, the jury found Kelle guilty on all charges of first-degree murder and set his fate to life in prison without parole.

The District Attorney of Riverside County has come under attack for his methods of prosecuting individuals.

In 1999 while in the state assembly he said "good prosecutors win their cases, but it takes a great prosecutor to put an innocent man in prison”**  It does not matter to the DA’s office who they put away.  They just want to win cases.
